Send mail to a group


Group means a folder gather many members, when sending mail to this group means sending mail to all members of this group.

To create Group please refer to Add Group in user manual.

Procedure for send mail to group.

1) In Compose box, click To or Cc button to open Select Address dialog box. Add a group to Recipient box then click OK.

2) Select a group from Address Book then click Compose to open the Compose box, system will auto add on all member E-mail address in Recipient field.
